Study on the Value Assessment of Demand-Side Resources Based on Grey Correlation Ideal Point Method

Demand-side market is an important part of the electric power market system. The establishment of trading varieties and operation mechanisms for demand-side resource participation can help realize the connection and interaction between demand-side response and the electricity market. In this paper, the demand-side resource value assessment and utilization strategy are given. On the basis of determining the evaluation index weights, the gray correlation ideal point method is used to assess the demand-side resource value, the variable weight method is used to revise its value level, and finally, the ladder utilization strategy of demand-side resources is given.
