Towards Micro Nanorobotic Platform for Single Virusonics

The report proposes the creation of a new four-component bio-micro-nanorobotics platform based on the acoustoelectric concentration of viruses and cells, a micro-nanofluidic systems, a nano-positioning system and a nano-gripper with a shape memory effect for studies in single-virusonics. Such a platform makes it possible to study single viruses, cells, their interactions, as well as their biophysical, biochemical and other functional properties. It is supposed to combine the platform with microscopes. Such studies will allow scientists to reach the new level of in vivo study of single viruses and cells and their interaction in real time, which is necessary to understand the processes of infection of cells with viruses. This very important for pharmacology, medicine, and epidemiology.
