Research on Optimization of Ship Building Plan Based on Big Data

Shipbuilding industry is a typical discrete manufacturing industry with small batch size and high product complexity. At the same time, the requirements for capital, technology and resources are also high. This paper mainly describes the types and characteristics of ship big data, and the importance of ship construction plan to the whole ship construction process. Firstly, the equipment anomaly monitoring model is obtained through the extraction, storage and processing of ship big data. Then, this model is used to analyze and forecast the use of key equipment, manufacturing quality, influencing factors, key parameters, and utilization rate of dock and yard in the process of ship construction, so as to optimize the ship construction plan, and put forward a multidimensional ship construction plan model. Finally, the advantages and importance of the optimized ship building plan model are summarized. Good ship planning smooths out the entire construction process, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.
