Reactive Power Optimization of Active Distribution Networks Based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm

Active distribution networks refer to distribution networks that accommodate a large number of distributed energy resources (DERs) and enable bidirectional power flow. As the scale of active distribution networks expands and the penetration of DERs and electric vehicles increases, traditional reactive power optimization methods face challenges in achieving global optimality and slow computational speed. This paper proposes a novel approach for reactive power optimization in active distribution networks based on the simulated annealing algorithm, offering a new pathway to address reactive power optimization problems.
