Study on the stability of air traffic control radar radome under wind Load

Wind load is one of the main loads on the air traffic control radar radome. Wind load can affect the strength and stability of the radome, and indirectly affect the use of the air traffic control radar antenna, thereby affecting the duty task of the air traffic control radar. The wind load research of the air traffic control radar radome is one of the important links in its design. This article uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish a finite element model of the radar radome and conducts simulation calculations under wind loads. The calculation results indicate that the designed radar radome meets the safety requirements for wind resistance, and the simulated data can also provide data support for practical engineering fields.
