Design of aquaculture intelligent system based on fuzzy theory

Prenant’s schizothoracin is a type of unique valuable economic fish in China. A monitoring system that uses ZigBee network, 32-digit embedded microcontroller, and 5G network as the core is developed for a prenant’s schizothoracin culture facility fishpond to improve the yield and quality of artificial culture of this fish type. This system can achieve intelligent adjustment of water-quality parameters such as micro-flow, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pH value. The power supply of the sensor circuit under control of the ZigBee nodes operates at an appropriate time to save energy. A gateway node of the PDA form is designed on the basis of the 32-bit embedded microcontroller and WinCE6.0-embedded OS. Such a node is transplanted into the embedded SQlite database to achieve onsite management of the ZigBee network. A fuzzy intelligent algorithm is designed and achieved by transplanting it to the 32-bit embedded microcontroller. Test results show that the flow-rate error of the micro-flow is controlled within ± 1.7 cm/s, the temperature error is controlled within ± 0.4 °C, the dissolved oxygen error is controlled within ± 0.4 mg/L, and the pH value is controlled within ± 0.3. Thus, the proposed system fully satisfies the practical culture demands of prenant’s schizothoracin.
