Development and Application of Fluctuation Pressure Analysis Software for Running Perforated String in Oil and Gas Wells

Based on the structure of the tubing transmission perforating string, this paper applies analytical solution calculation methods to simulate and calculate the fluctuation pressure changes during the lowering process of the string, analyzes the fluctuation pressure generated during the lowering process of the string, obtains the fluctuation pressure changes of the ignition head during the lowering process of the string, provides a theoretical calculation method to avoid the accidental explosion of the ignition head due to the fluctuation pressure during the lowering process, and develops corresponding analysis software based on the analysis and calculation methods, The average error of this software is 3.4% after comparing the theoretical calculation and measured results for six wells. This software provides a practical theoretical calculation software for the safe lowering of tubing strings in oil and gas wells.
