Analysis and Research on Solving Tripping and Closing Faults of Three Phase Intelligent Energy Meters

This paper analyzes the tripping and closing fault of Three phase intelligent energy meter, and puts forward the fault solution. Analyze the principle and faults of the coil drive circuit, and propose an optimized and improved H-bridge drive circuit in the form of a pair of transistors to reduce the phenomenon of excessive power consumption. Simulate and test the coil drive circuit to eliminate any tripping and closing faults one by one. Complete simulation testing of transient voltage suppressors and add bidirectional TVS for coil protection. The analysis of tripping and closing fault of Three-phase electric power lays the foundation for more optimal design of intelligent electric energy meter circuit.
