Waste cigarette butts recycling device based on STM32

In order to collect cigarette butts that can be used as raw materials for re production, this study designed a waste cigarette butts recycling device. Using STm32 microcontroller as the control system of the device to control its operation; Infrared induction recognition device is a device that recognizes cigarette butts and transmits signals to a microcontroller. Considering various situations where cigarette butts are discarded, a extinguishing device, cigarette butts filter, and tobacco separation and screening filter were designed at the device's feeding port. Finally, the cigarette butts are physically separated through a device to obtain acetate fiber filaments and waste paper scraps from the cigarette butts, which are then screened and stored in different collection devices.
