Research on Client Transformation and Upgrade Technology for 3D GIS Modeling Based on Power Grid

In order to promote the optimization and improvement of the basic information platform of Fujian Electric Power, further enhance the construction ability of the GIS platform for a single map, solve the problem of online abnormal editing of low voltage distribution networks in Fujian, promote the construction of low voltage automation, and improve the efficiency of collaborative command in operation, distribution, and dispatch. Fujian Electric Power conducts in-depth research and analysis on the problems existing in GIS platform in map application, system performance, and functional application. It is aimed at improving the basic map application capabilities, reduce the threshold for grid equipment graphic modeling, innovate thematic map storage and application modes, optimize the efficiency of abnormal release, and improve system usability. GIS lightweight web modeling tools address the problems of low efficiency in client graphics editing and heavy manual adjustment workload, in order to comprehensively reduce the workload of grassroots employees, improve work efficiency, and achieve a win-win situation of reducing burden and increasing efficiency.
