Satellite Communication Model of Meteorological Messages

This paper is concerned with the model of meteorological messages transmission through satellite communication equipment. The principles of maximizing the messages transmission capacity of the device and transmitting the valid information are followed to improve the efficiency of messages transmission when the performance of device is determined. Based on the two principles above, a mathematical model of messages transmission with the fastest messages transmission speed is proposed. The specific steps of messages transmission are listed. The numerical relationships of information amount that needs to be transmitted and number of transmission rounds in different cases are given. Specific examples are included to illustrate the validity of the proposed mathematical model.
