Data Acquisition from Relay Protection Systems with the Possibility of Displaying and Analyzing on Remote Workplaces

In this article analyzed the ways of receiving data from power system protection, identified 3 standard communication protocols (MMS, GOOSE, SV), and considered 2 additional ones (TCP, UDP) for interaction with API systems and one auxiliary one for environmental sensors (MQTT). The development methods were divided into preliminary (parsing and fast Fourier transform) and deep analysis (neural networks). A functional model of Network Analytics was developed, which described the interrelationships between the individual components of the system and the technology stack used: Java Spring, Python, Vue.js, MQTT. Based on the functional model, the architecture of the system was drawn up with a division into local and remote parts. Local - single-board or industrial PC with the ability to support the channel up to 100 MB/s, connection of peripherals and 3GB of memory (for 2–3 months of autonomous registration of accidents). Remote - a server with 2TB of memory and the ability to connect 5 engineers and one system administrator. For the test, a laboratory bench was developed that processed pre-collected data from the power protection relays. This data was visualized by means of web screens, on which it was possible to analyze the causes of alarm situation
