Spectral Analysis of Gayatri Mantra and its Correlation with Energy Centres of the Human Body

Mantras are an inseparable part of Vedas. each mantra is having a potential to vibrate human body in a specific way for what it is designed. Many researchers and scientists experimentally proven that Chanting a mantra calms your mind and soul. However, Access to reliable and comprehensive datasets of mantra usage and its effects can be limited. Gathering empirical data for analysis is a significant challenge. Mantras are analyzed using acoustic measurements to understand the tonal qualities, rhythm, and other acoustic features. In this research spectral analysis of Gayatri mantra is done by manual segmentation of mantra. Frequencies with maximum energies are identified for each segments. Experiment is conducted for both vedic and non-vedic way of chanting mantra and the research concludes that the frequencies generated by Gayatri mantra chanting are highly correlated with natural resonant frequencies of human body. Also in the result obtained the mantra chanting in vedic way shows more symmetry than non-vedic way of chanting.
