Assessment of possibilities to improve the efficiency of low-temperature plasma modification of the surface layer of metal products

Approaches to increasing the efficiency of the low-temperature plasma modification process are considered. It has been established that their effectiveness depends on the quality of the processes accompanying the modification, and increases in conditions where the impact on the processes ensures the stability of its course.
