Using AR in Technical Education. The ARphymedes case

To attract students to the study of technical sciences, Augmented reality (AR) brings high hopes. But the use of AR in education has not yet reached a level of maturity. The paper first makes a short review with the main results in the field reported in the literature. Then, it analyzes the ARphymedes project, emphasizing the goal, the achievements but also the difficulties encountered, with the goal to understand better this kind of educational approach.
