Management of Modification of Geometric Models of Microelectronic Objects as a means of Improving Layout Compaction Systems

The results of the authors’ research in the field of microelectronic objects layout compaction are present. Various principles of organization of two-dimensional geometric models of microelectronic objects and their connection with the complexity and efficiency of grid compaction methods are considered. The method of controlled modification of geometric models is describe as a means of simplifying the methods of converting abstract two-dimensional geometric models of microelectronic objects into real models in accordance with the vector of technological parameters.
