Modeling of the Degree of Reduction of Sodium Sulfate in the Smelt for the Process of Burning Black Liquor in the Furnace of a Soda Recovery Boiler

One of the ways to increase the efficiency of the process of regeneration of black sulfate liquors at pulp and paper industry enterprises is to ensure optimal operating modes of soda recovery boilers. One of the key technological and thermal parameters that cannot be directly measured is the degree of reduction of sodium sulfate in the smelt. For this parameter, a model of the degree of reduction of sodium sulfate in the smelt has been developed.
