Implementationof Named Entity Recognition Method in Information Technology for Analyzing Software Development Tasks

This paper describes the implementation of named entity recognition (NER) for analyzing software development tasks. It describes the main methods for analyzing the workload of IT companies’ employees, as well as NER technologies, libraries and frameworks that can be used to extract information about named entities from Russian text data. This paper proposes approaches to implementing development task analysis, which helps to improve planning, project management, and reduce software development time.
