Research on the Practice of Green Supply Chain Management of Foreign Trade Enterprises

With the increasingly fierce economic globalization and market competition, the supply chain as the third source of profit has received great attention from enterprise operators, and its significance to foreign trade enterprises is more prominent. At present, foreign trade enterprises not only emphasize high efficiency in supply chain management, but also pay more attention to green management, social responsibility, national strategy and other topics. This paper will take Delphi Automotive Systems (China) Investment Co., Ltd., which receives an average of 320 million parts and raw materials from all over the world every day, and purchases more than 10 billion US dollars annually as an example to study the challenges of green supply chain management in the practice of international trade enterprises in China and the latest progress in the generation of green supply chain, and discuss the problems and development trends of green supply chain management in the practice of Chinese enterprises.
