Hierarchical Microelectronic Systems and Method of Structural Control of Interaction of their Components

Optimization of two-dimensional geometric models of complex hierarchical microelectronic systems is considered. The criteria are their size and the degree of mutual influence of their components on each other, which determines the complexity and time of matching the components when adapting the abstract geometrical model of the system to the multidimensional vector of parameters of its concrete realization. Examples of structural optimization of component matching control of locally homogeneous matrix microelectronic systems are given.
