Research on the Design of Digital Surface Interface for Virtual Gear Measurement Center Based on VC++

The virtual gear measurement center is a software system developed in imitation of the real gear measurement center. Currently, the sample work piece used is an STL solid, with low accuracy. This paper designs a digital surface loading interface for the virtual gear measurement center. By analyzing the IGES file structure and the format of the digital surface, a digital surface IGES reading method is designed. With the MFC of VC++6.0 as the platform, combined with OpenGL Graphics library, the digital surface is imported into the virtual gear measurement center, realizing the surface visualization, and completing the relevant adaptability functions. Multiple sets of surfaces were selected for testing, and the test results were provided to verify the universality of the interface and expand the variety of digital chemical components.
