Research on Network Voltage Analysis Algorithm for Power System Transient Stability

In order to evaluate the stability and efficiency of power network, this paper analyze the stability of the power system with the main method which is the differential algebraic equations by alternating iterative. To overcome the shortcoming, an analytical method for solving the network voltage closed solution is proposed for different load models. This method can decouple the differential equation and the algebraic equation in the mathematical model. The mathematical model of transient stability analysis is transformed from the differential-algebraic equations to total differential equations without the alternating iteration of the solution process. This method can be used to calculate the effect of power system fault transient on the grid voltage within a certain period after the system fault, so as to quickly calculate the system voltage after the fault within 5ms-20ms of the protection action and 60ms-80ms of the circuit breaker removing the fault, which is a total time of 100ms Based on the solution of the network voltage, the quickly calculating short-term voltage while the system fault is proposed. The simulation results show that the method can quickly and accurately calculate the short-term voltage after the system fault.
