Design of Emergency Material Scheduling Algorithm Based on Stochastic Woods Algorithm

The emergence of emergency logistics has been widely concerned by the authorities and academic circles. Apart from the suddenness, harmfulness, uncertainty, derivative and other characteristics of general emergencies, big-scale public emergencies also have the characteristics of big disaster area, wide influence range, long duration, big number of affected people, many emergency demand points, big demand for emergency materials and insufficient supply of emergency materials. Therefore, a corresponding study is made on the emergency material scheduling for emergencies. It is analyzed by establishing the corresponding algorithm formula. The results show that there are many impacts on emergency resource scheduling for emergencies. In the research based on at will woods, it is found that its woods algorithm accounts for about 58.12% of the processed data and its speed is as high as that of others. After this research, we should pay more attention to the further research of emergency material scheduling.
