Application of Probabilistic Damage Based Algorithm in Nondestructive Testing of Special Equipment

Although special equipment has a great impact on the life and safety of users, in today's society, special equipment is inseparable, they have long been integrated with people's production life, such as the use of elevators, nowadays, high-rise buildings in cities are gradually replacing the general low-rise buildings, so, although everyone is aware of the danger of elevators, we still have to use them, so, to ensure the special equipment use safety, it needs to be inspected, and the new non-destructive testing technology brings a new idea for the inspection of special equipment. This paper proposes the application of NDT of special equipment based on probabilistic damage algorithm, firstly, special equipment, probabilistic damage algorithm and NDT are carefully analyzed, and finally, the advancedness of NDT of special equipment combined with probabilistic damage algorithm is proved by experiment.
