Pre-Cooling of Milk in Robotic Milking

The article examines the problem of standing uncooled milk just after milking, when there is a risk of increased activity of microorganisms and bacterial contamination. Devices for pre-cooling the milk are presented. An innovative cooling device during milking in the milking hose immediately after the milking cup is described. The advantages and disadvantages of such devices are discussed.
