Numerical Research on Discharge Coefficient of Central Wing Box of Aircraft Based on Finite Element Method

Based on the geometric structure of the center wing box of the aircraft, and air is used as the working medium, and the numerical simulation of the discharge coefficient of the center wing box of the aircraft is carried out by using the finite element method and the k-ε turbulence model. Compared with the experiment, the feasibility and accuracy of the numerical simulation are verified, and the calculation results show that there is a recirculation zone in the sudden expansion of the central wing box, and there is a valley and a peak in the pressure along the way. By calculating the effect of different outlet back pressures, different inlet and outlet pressure differences, different lengths of inclined vertical sides of flow channels, and different lengths of inclined horizontal sides of flow channels on the discharge coefficient. The results show that the larger the outlet back pressure, the larger the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, the smaller the length of the inclined vertical side of the flow channel, the smaller the length of the inclined horizontal side of the flow channel, the larger the discharge coefficient.
