Research on parameter optimization configuration of ZJ119 high speed cigarette unit based on BP neural network

In view of the characteristics of multiple parameters of ZJ119 high-speed cigarette unit, the optimal configuration method of ZJ119 high-speed cigarette unit parameters based on cigarette materials was studied. Relevant data were collected, data collection and processing schemes were proposed, and the correlation between cigarette material parameters and cigarette machine tuning parameters, cigarette machine tuning parameters and cigarette quality indexes were analyzed. The data were classified by correlation analysis, and the BP neural network model was input for parameter training and prediction. After many times of research and prediction, all the data that meet the requirements of cigarette quality index are collected, made into line chart for data analysis, and the optimal configuration data of cigarette machine parameters are selected. The method is simple and feasible. The parameters of cigarette machine can be adjusted according to the material parameters and quality index, and the parameters can be optimized to make the product quality index stable.
