Application of ideal gas state equation in temperature and pressure measuring instrument

Temperature sensors and pressure sensors are commonly used in the field of industrial control and measurement. Based on the ideal gas state equation, the variation coefficient of temperature and volume, the variation coefficient of pressure and volume in the equation are decomposed. The law of volume expansion and contraction caused by temperature change and the law of volume expansion and contraction caused by pressure are obtained. Combined with the influence of temperature and pressure conditions on the amount of β-ray, the ' ideal gas measurement equation ' of energy change on β-ray sensor caused by temperature and pressure is obtained, which is used as the measurement model of temperature and pressure sensor. The feasibility of the method is verified by experiments.
