Design And Implementation of Shipborne Cold Chain Information Collection System Based on Beidou Short Message

In light of the limited availability of shipborne cold chain information acquisition equipment, low acquisition accuracy, high packet loss rate, and slow information transmission rate, this paper proposes the design of an intelligent information acquisition system. The system is based on the CH32 series single chip microcomputer, Beidou short message module, and OneNET Internet of Things cloud platform. The design incorporates components such as the M100 series RDSS Beidou short message module, 433M wireless communication module, SHT21 sensor, PT100 temperature sensor, RM500U 5G module, etc. Additionally, the MQTT protocol and OneNET IoT cloud platform are utilized for collaboration, docking, and configuration of web-side data. Through extensive testing, the system exhibits good information collection abilities and a high information transmission rate, successfully meeting the real-time information transmission requirements of the shipborne cold chain industry. The proposed system holds practical significance and demonstrates strong practical value.
