Digital twin-based quality inspection system for low-voltage current transformer

The measuring current transformer is a type of current transformer that provides current to electric energy meters and similar appliances. It is mainly used for measuring current in low-voltage distribution systems and has the characteristics of a wide range of applications, a large number of users, and numerous model parameters. However, the quality of measuring current transformers used in distribution network lines is uneven, with a high failure rate and a propensity for explosions or combustion. To address this issue, it is necessary not only to conduct strict testing on the operation of measuring current transformers, but also to perform comprehensive performance testing on incoming measuring current transformers before they are connected to the network. Sampling and performing comprehensive performance testing on low-voltage measuring current transformers from various manufacturers requires a large amount of testing equipment and constant relocation of corresponding testing equipment based on specific testing items, resulting in a massive workload. This paper proposes a comprehensive performance testing system for low-voltage measuring current transformers, which enables comprehensive and effective testing of low-voltage current transformers.
