Evaluation of Green Logistics Development Level and Diagnosis of Obstacle Factors of Coal Enterprises Under ESG Framework

The development of coal enterprise is the epitome of our country’s industrial development, the development level of green logistics determines whether it can develop with high quality. To explore the development level and main obstacle factors of green logistics in Chinese coal enterprises, this paper takes China Shenhua Energy Co., LTD as an example. Based on 2013-2021 time series data, By introducing the ESG framework and combining it with ESG disclosure standard, green mine construction, clean production of the coal industry and other relevant data, 28 three-level indicators are selected from 10 subsystems, and the index system of green logistics development level of coal enterprises is constructed. The Entropy-CoCoSo multi-index evaluation model and obstacle factor diagnosis model are used to measure the development level of green logistics in coal enterprises, and explore the main obstacle factors. The results showed that the development level of Shenhua green logistics increased by 89.04% from 2013 to 2021, with an average annual increase of 9.89%, presenting a stable growth trend in terms of time. The emission score was the highest, while the overall score of customer feedback and green transportation was low. Safety training duration, newly increased green area, general solid waste emissions, total oil consumption, fly ash utilization rate and average recovery rate of mining areas are the main obstacle factors that restrict the development level of green logistics of coal enterprises.
