Research on the application of multi-channel interaction in information system

This study is oriented to the human-computer interaction design requirements of information systems, to carry out the application research of multi-channel interaction modes in information systems, to sort out the analysis requirements of human-computer interaction modes in information systems, and to carry out the ergonomics experimental research of multi-channel interaction modes with interface switching task as an experimental case. The experiment sets up five interaction modes, two feedback modes, no feedback and auditory feedback, and analyzes the influence of different interaction modes and feedback modes on the efficiency of human-computer interaction through data comparison. The experimental results show that among the five modes of operation, The non-feedback group in voice operation takes the longest time, while the feedback group in touch operation takes the shortest time.
