Multi-attribute Decision Making Based on Interval Pythagorean Fuzzy Einstein Operator

Aiming at the multi-attribute decision problem of Pythagorean information with interrelated attribute information with interval value, a multi-attribute decision method based on Pythagorean fuzzy Einstein ensemble algorithm is constructed by combining the Einstein operator. Firstly, considering that the decision information is an interval value Pythagorean fuzzy number with a certain intrinsic relationship between attributes and the algorithm of Pythagorean fuzzy numbers, the interval value Pythagorean fuzzy Einstein weighted average (IVPFEWA) operator is proposed, and then its correlation properties are analyzed and proved. Secondly, in view of the fact that the scoring function does not reflect the hesitation of the decision-maker in decision-making, A scoring function is introduced that takes full account of decision maker hesitancy, and the comprehensive profit and loss value of each scheme is obtained by using the prospect theory, and the optimal scheme is obtained according to the comparison of the comprehensive profit and loss value. Finally, a multi-attribute decision model based on IVPFEWA operator is established, and the rationality and effectiveness of the decision model are proposed through 5G enterprise selection cases.
