Research on External Damage Detection of Transmission Line In Complex Background

In the transmission corridor, safety distance’ detection is a major concern for the safety of power grid operation. It is crucial to protect the security and stability of the power system to avoid tripping incidents brought on damage to transmission line from external forces. This research suggests a complicated background-based transmission line external damage detection system. External damage detection involves a variety of object types and extensive, intricate monitoring settings. We use a pyramid feature fusion technique called adaptive spatial feature fusion (ASFF) to address these current real-world issues. Finally, the coordinate attention (CA) mechanism is introduced to increase the effectiveness of backbone feature extraction. New backbone learns the technique of spatially filtering conflicting information to suppress the inconsistency of gradient backpropagation and improve the scale invariance of features. The experimental findings demonstrate that the suggested intelligent monitoring method has high detection accuracy and fast detection speed for targets like engineering vehicles that intrude into the safe distance of the transmission corridor. It can be used for early warning of power grid monitoring.
