Teaching Analogue Electronics through Simulations Using Performance-Centered Approach in Vocational Education and Training

This paper discusses the significance of performance-centered approach in teaching analogue electronics through simulations in vocational education and training. The course structure and the objectives are described. 21 video lessons with total duration more than 90 minutes are developed to support students in Computer modelling and simulation in Analogue Electronics (CMSAE) course in tasks performance. The preliminary results from the pilot phase of CMSAE indicate positive feedback from students, highlighting the course's relevance, structure, and applicability to the labor market's skill needs.
