Application of Virtual Reality Technology Based on Computer Vision in Exercise Systems

As an integrated technology in virtual world, computer software and hardware, virtual reality technology can dynamically simulate the real world, in which the dynamic environment can react based on people's language, form and so on, promoting real-time communication between virtual world and people. In recent years, with the continuous development and progress of modern society, governments increasingly support the sports industry, and people's awareness of self-care is enhanced. More and more people are participating in nationwide fitness, especially the importance of leisure sports exercise. Therefore, based on computer vision virtual reality technology, this paper proposes a simulation system for leisure sports exercise, introduces its functional modules and system structure, and selects some groups of people's leisure sports exercise as examples for verification. The results show that this system can help achieve the simulation of leisure sports exercise, and the simulation results have high practicality, which can improve the effectiveness of sports exercise.
