Fault Prediction of Oil Well Data Set Based on Neural Network Optimized by Whale Algorithm

In order to better and faster diagnose the current oil well system to ensure the oil production, various techniques are used to accomplish this goal. The optimized BP neural network algorithm is applied to the fault diagnosis process of pumping well field data set, and the results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of the optimized BP algorithm was increased by about 55.71% and the operation speed was accelerated by about 23.09%. Thus, the optimized BP algorithm has higher prediction accuracy and faster convergence speed.
