Research on Improved Algorithm to Shielding Efficiency for Convex Metal Cavity

By improving the calculation method of shielding efficiency of the regular rectangular cavity by Robinson, this paper extends the circuit model of convex metal shielding cavity in practical engineering. Taking plane wave as the source of the electromagnetic interference signal, the calculation model of far-field shielding efficiency of the convex metal cavity is established, and the analytical calculation procedure is derived. The simulation of the TLM algorithm in CST software verifies the validity and applicability of the improved algorithm to calculate the shielding efficiency of convex structure electromagnetic pulse.
