Implementation of Automatic Test System for Microwave Components

Microwave component testing is generally characterized by high workload and long time spent. In view of the above characteristics, this paper is based on the virtual instrument technology for the test system design, through the program-controlled test host to achieve automatic testing of microwave components. The test results show that the system is stable, with high testing accuracy and labor cost saving.
