Design and Analysis of the Heater of the Phase-change RF Switch

In this paper, the influence of the thickness and width of the phase change switch heater and the thickness of the isolation layer on the switching performance is studied, and the design ideas of the switch heater are summarized. Theoretical analysis and electromagnetic simulation verification of heater structures of different sizes are carried out. It provides design schemes and ideas for the heaters.
