Design and Implementation of Intelligent Sports Training System Based on Heart Rate Monitoring on Mobile Devices

With the improvement of the level of science and technology, people pay more and more attention to health, and more and more people choose exercise and fitness to enhance their physique. However, during exercise, due to the lack of professional guidance, it is difficult for users to formulate a reasonable exercise plan according to their own circumstances, resulting in poor training results. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of sports training has become an important issue. In order to improve the efficiency of sports training, this paper proposes an intelligent sports training system based on heart rate monitoring on mobile devices. The system uses a heart rate monitoring module based on a motion sensor and an acceleration sensor, as well as a mobile phone APP (Application) for data collection and analysis, and realizes an intelligent sports training mode. The experimental results show that the system can realize heart rate monitoring on mobile devices, and can formulate corresponding training plans according to the user's physical condition. Moreover, the accuracy, stability and safety of the intelligent sports training system based on heart rate monitoring can reach 95%, 88.7% and 97.4% respectively.
