Models for Estimating Manifestation of Cervical Pathology Progression under Various Conditions

The article adduces the results of using modeling methods to assess the role of various factors in the progression of cervical pathology. Factor analysis was used to identify significant factors characterizing the studied process – cervical pathology in the conditions of various violations of the vaginal biocenosis, the presence of HPV infection, anamnestic and objective data of the patient’s examination. Using the correspondence analysis, non-obvious interrelationships between factors that are decisive in groups of women with benign cervical pathology in the presence of HPV infection with a different pattern of cytological screening were revealed. The results of the study will allow us to improve the management of patients with the studied pathology, preserve the reproductive health and quality of life of women, and adequately use the financial resources of the medical industry.
