Optimal Allocation Strategy for Antigen Testing Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic

With the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide, antigen testing has become an important measure in epidemic prevention and control to effectively prevent the spread of the virus among residents and quickly and efficiently screen and eliminate potential sources of danger in daily life. In this paper, we have incorporated time window constraints for various tested groups and established an antigen testing service allocation and routing optimization program with the goal of maximizing the tested groups ‘ satisfaction. The proposed model is solved using a genetic algorithm. Finally, we selected 12 tested groups within the Licheng District, Jinan China, as the testing points and Jinan Qianmai Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd. as the testing institution and conducted numerical experiments to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
