Machine Learning-Based Usage Evaluation Strategy for Mobile E-Learning Systems in KSA Institutions

Saudi Arabia has more than 50 public and private universities. There are around 30,000 elementary and secondary schools. Students receive free education, textbooks, and medical care, and everyone can enroll. Effective mobile e-learning apps improve learning, cognition, and memory. No method or theory assesses or accesses user perception and usability features. This inquiry combined quantitative and qualitative methods. Students' mobile app demands and thoughts are surveyed using quantitative analysis. Considering the user's (student's) perspective, we ranked usability based on efficiency. Before determining a final rating, each usability factor was considered. KNN predicts usability based on the Machine Learning Model with 99.8% accuracy. This method evaluates e-learning programmes' usability demands.
