Two Level Full Factorial Experiments at a Regression Model of an Electronic Device Current-Voltage Characteristic Construction

The construction of a regression model of the current-voltage characteristic of an electronic device in the conditions of a training laboratory allows us to consolidate the basics of theory and acquire practical skills for conducting a full factor experiment. Experimental studies are carried out when the value of the current set by the input voltages is selecting as the target function. A full factor experiment method, which adequately reflects the process at a linear nature of the interaction, allows us to present a regression model of the current-voltage characteristic in the form of a first-order equation. Substituting arbitrary values of anode and grid voltages into the resulting equation during the subsequent calculation of the value of the anode current and its comparison with the readings of the ammeter helps to better assimilate the questions of theory and contributes to the formation of a lively interest in the subject under study.
