BIM Analysis Method of Material Consumption for Construction Engineering Based on Pix2pix Algorithm

In recent years, China's construction industry has flourished, and the calculation of construction material consumption is very important for project cost control. This paper proposes a method for calculating the quantity of construction materials based on BIM model information and pix2pix. This paper proposes a method for estimating the material consumption of construction projects based on genetic algorithm intelligent analysis networks. After training with sample data to achieve a stable state of the intelligent network, the material consumption of the building units to be processed can be estimated. During the experiment, taking the Beijing ZZZ project as an actual research case, the empirical data of the first nine completed building units and the data imported from the BIM model were incorporated into the genetic algorithm intelligent network, achieving the estimation of the expected total amount of construction materials for the 10th building unit. After 60 iterations, the error is less than 0.01, verifying the effectiveness of the method.
