Design and Implementation of Parallel Test System Based on Dual-ICA

Parallel testing is one of the key technologies to improve the test efficiency of ATS, To solve the problems that parallel testing based on time-division multiplexing is not suitable for test items with dependencies and the unstable test process caused by the uncertain fault state of the UUT, a parallel test system based on dual-ICA is proposed to realize the parallel test by increasing certain general test resources. Firstly, through hardware analysis, determine the types of test resources with increased demand and the structure of the automatic test system. Secondly, through the software process design, analyze whether the measured object uses general resources or competing resources, and on this basis, a method for generating a parallel test relationship matrix is proposed, and the automatic test system can determine whether the two tested objects can be tested in parallel by querying the relationship matrix; Finally, the implementation process of the above steps is explained through case analysis, and the effectiveness of the method is verified. The above method has been successfully applied in a certain type of automatic test system.
