A Comprehensive Survey on Fake News Detection with Machine Learning Algorithms

Using AI to fight fake news efficiently. Using AI to fight misinformation with more modern approaches from machine learning and natural language processing. This paper discusses on extraction, model selection, training, assement, deploying, and continuous learning. The process includes extracting of tags from all over social media and headlines and quantifying text with AI. The models are chosen using machine learning methodologies such as Naïve Bayes, Support vector, and neural networks. Differentiating fake news and training for satire/Irony and adapting to newer kind of fake trends (image, videos) will help in implementing this effectively.
