Study on Automatic Positioning of Medium and Small Modular Internal and External Gears

Machine vision rapid development of gear measurement technology, for the rapid high precision of small local visual image of gear measuring center positioning requirements, this paper proposes a mechanism of automatic positioning of internal and external gear, carrying visual detection device, based on machine vision technology, acquisition gear basic image, calculate the measured gear image, realize the non-contact detection of gear, improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy. And gives the main composition, working principle and implementation steps of automatic positioning, measuring instrument, and the ball screw, bevel gear and drive shaft structure design and strength check, finally by finite element analysis, build the key component model, force analysis verification, the results show that this method can meet the design requirements.
