Design and Implementation of Remote Electric Energy Monitoring at the Plant Level

Aiming at the problem that the electric energy data has not realized remote centralized monitoring, the remote monitoring of electric energy data based on LAN (Local Area Network) is designed, multi-level redundancy is set to improve system reliability; for newly installed energy meters, the field data acquisition interface software is made to realize the field data acquisition; the KepserverEX OPC(OLE for Process Control) server and WinCC(Windows Control Center) platform server are configured to realize data transmission between local data terminal and Siemens WinCC monitoring platform; the electric energy monitoring program interface is developed on the Siemens WinCC monitoring platform to realize remote centralized monitoring of electric energy data, including electric data for the current month and the first eleven months; it is verified that it can meet the performance requirements for correct information display, short response time, quick return.
